Our classes are serious fun!

We're all about joyful movement and bringing the fun into living well but that doesn't mean that we're not serious about how we do it! Our classes are small, inclusive and suitable for anyone... yes, even you, there's no reason you can't join.
I want to join! Here's a run down on what you can expect from our classes and a little introduction to our amazing instructors who deliver them!
Awaken and Connect Yoga
Yogi: Sammy-Jo

Start your morning feeling grounded and switched on with this breath-led movement class. We'll explore how breath connects to your core and pelvic floor, move mindfully through postures, and build real strength and stability — the kind that comes from the inside out.
No yoga experience needed. Just bring yourself, move at your own pace, and leave feeling calm, focused, and a little more you.
Barre
Coach: Elle

This class is a playful fusion of ballet-inspired movement, Pilates-style strength work, and feel-good flow.
Expect low-impact sequences that build deep muscle endurance, improve posture, and leave you feeling strong, centred, and a little bit fired-up.
Don't worry, there's no dance experience needed and we won't be expecting you to whip out a twirl - just a desire (or maybe just a willingness) to pulse, shake, and smile.
Circuits
Coaches: Heather & Katie

Every circuits class is totally unique, offering a range of exercises and equipment to play with! Swap between different stations where you get to choose what level and intensity you work at before moving onto the next one. Every week offers something slightly different with a fun and varied approach to moving your body in different ways.
This is a chatty, joyful and welcoming class where you can gently challenge yourself and leave feeling delightfully sweaty and accomplished!
Gentle Yoga Flow

Small group sizes mean personalised coaching, safe technique, and plenty of encouragement as you build power, confidence, and flow.

Wellbeing Club
Coach: Hannah

Wellbeing Club is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore what actually makes you feel good - without the guilt.
Led by Hannah, a positive psychologist, each session dips into a different aspect of self-care: rest, boundaries, confidence, connection, and everything in between. Gentle, curious, and genuinely useful - this isn't about performing wellness, it's about actually feeling it.
Come as you are. No experience, no pressure, no homework.
Yin Yoga
Yogi: Zoe

Some evenings you just need to stop. Yin is a deeply restful, slow-paced practice where you sink into gentle stretches, let everything soften, and give your body and mind proper permission to unwind.
