Spark is more than a timetable. From our studio space on Infant Street in Prestwich to our work in care homes, community centres, and beyond - here's everything else we get up to.
Room Hire
Our rooms are available to hire for one-off events and regular bookings alike. Over the years our space has hosted children's parties, workshops, meetings, and charity fundraising fairs - and we love seeing it used in new ways.
We also have two rooms regularly used by our brilliant in-house practitioners, offering counselling, massage, and reiki right here at Spark. If you're looking for a therapist, you might not need to look far.

Movement should be for everyone - and that means meeting people where they are, not waiting for them to find us.
Alongside our studio classes, you'll find Spark out in the community: delivering Fitball Beats at Nazareth House Care Home, Pilates at the Creative Living Centre, and Hannah pops up at the social prescribing craft group at The Croft.
If it gets people moving, connecting, and feeling good... we're in!
Free Community Active-Wear Wardrobe!
It's giving thrifty and sustainable! Our free activewear wardrobe lives in the entrance to our studio - no need to knock, just come and help yourself.
It's stacked with quality donations that we sort through carefully before they make it onto the 'rail' (some still have the tags on!). Leggings, shorts, tops, sweaters, macs, sports bras - everything you need to move your body, completely free.
Whilst you're there, if you take a look behind you, you'll also find our little book nook too... add something to read, completely free.
Come and Find Us
We're at 2 Stella House, Infant Street, Prestwich, M25 1SS - just off Whittaker Lane, down the side of The Royal Oak.
Parking at the studio is residents only, but there are two free car parks nearby on Upper Wilton Street and Park Street.
And if you're coming under your own steam, you're in luck - the 135 stops metres away on Whittaker Lane, and Heaton Park Metrolink is just a few steps further. With Heaton Park on our doorstep, there's even the option take a stroll in the park!
