Our Spiritual Mentoring takes place with our resident, Mystic, Wise Woman and Reiki Master, Helen.
Designed around you personally, this one-t0-one mentoring is specially designed to support you in wherever you are in your Spiritual journey.
We will explore what spirituality means to you, what your goals are, discuss how these can be achieved, and help you to set personal intentions to move forwards. We will create a safe, non-faith based, sacred space in which we can explore and deepen your connection between your mind, body and spirit.
Meditation, mindfulness, rituals, breath work, sound healing, oracle cards, yoga, journaling and Shamanic journeying are all tools which Helen has been working with for many years and can be included to deepen your connection to the Universe and the world of Spirit.
Each session will be centered around your interests and goals. This is a personal service to help you on your personal journey.
How much does Spritual Mentoring cost?
