So whether you're a complete newbie to exercise, bored of your current routine,  or an athletic superstar who wants to push to greater heights, we can help you achieve your goal.

From Tough Mudder, to Race for Life; triathlons to ParkRuns; Weight lifting to keeping up with the kids; Yoga to Pilates; or simply relaxing with your baby in our Baby Yoga or Massage classes, our members continually achieve more than they thought possible. Our community extends outside the doors of the Spark Life studio where our members cheer each other on in our online communities, lift each other up at events and share a friendly chat when they meet up for a plod in the park.

From 1-2-1 personal training to small group sessions, we offer a range of services all of which are coached on a personal and individual level. We know your name, we know your goals and we know you can feel amazing!
